By installing and using the Anomly app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Anomly is a Shopify app that monitors your store's performance, detects anomalies, and sends you alerts. The service is provided "as is" and we strive to maintain its availability and proper functioning.

3. Account and Access

Access to Anomly requires an active Shopify account. You are responsible for the security of your Shopify account and all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the app in accordance with its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to bypass security measures
  • Not use the app for illegal purposes
  • Comply with Shopify's terms of service

5. Intellectual Property

The Anomly app, its code, design, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anomly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on alerts or recommendations provided by the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to inform you in advance of any significant changes.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms of service. Upon termination, sections relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability remain applicable.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
